Reservations and Payment
A deposit of $500.00 per person is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. An
additional $300.00 per person is due by May 12, 2006. Final payments must be received by
mindbodytravel, Inc. no later than July 31, 2006. Mindbodytravel, Inc. reserves the right to resell the
program without notice if final payment has not been received by dates outlined above.

Staterooms
Every Carnival guest is assured of spacious, comfortable accommodations. All staterooms offer
carpeting, ample drawer and closet space, private facilities (shower, basin and toilet), telephone and
color television showing first-run films.

Travel Program Does Not Include
Airfare, transfers, shore excursions, alcoholic beverages, soda, spa services, items of a personal

insurance, passports, and any item not specifically listed as included. Airport taxes in the USA or
abroad, tips to drivers/guides etc.

Travel Documents
In most cases an original birth certificate (or certified copy) and a driver’s license is required. A valid
passport is recommended. It is the responsibility of the tour participant to make sure all his/her travel
documents are in order.
Program Participation
Mindbodytravel reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a program participant and to
expel anyone whose conduct is deemed inappropriate.
Protect Your Travel Dollars
Trip Cancellation Insurance is an important travel investment. Mindbodytravel, Inc. is not responsible
or liable for loss, damage, theft of luggage and /or personal belongings, or for personal injury
accidents, and/or illness. For your protection, it is important that you have, or purchase adequate
insurance to cover these possibilities. Details about insurance will be provided with your reservation
confirmation.
Changes/Cancellations
$195 per person until May 12, 2006
$295 per person May 13 – June 30, 2006
$395 per person July 1 – August 31, 2006
50% per person September 1 – September 30, 2006
100% per person October 1, 2006 to sailing date.
A $100.00 per person change fee will be assessed for any and every change involving names, pre
and post packages and/or departure cities that are made within 60 days of sailing.
Mindbodytravel reserves the right to cancel the program, in which case all monies received by
mindbodytravel from program participants shall be refunded. Mindbodytravels’ liability is limited to
refunds of monies received.
Responsibility
Mindbodytravel, Inc. acts only as agent for the hotels, airlines, bus companies, railroads, ship lines,
or owners or contractors, or by persons in their employ, providing accommodations, transportation,
or other services. All coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets issued by
Mindbodytravel, Inc. acts only as agent for the hotels, airlines, bus companies, railroads, ship lines,
or owners or contractors, or by persons in their employ, providing accommodations, transportation,
and tickets issued by Mindbodytravel Inc. are issued subject to any and all tariffs, terms and
conditions under which any accommodations, transportation, or any other service are provided. By
the acceptance of tour membership and/or such coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and
tickets, the tour member agrees to the foregoing, and also agrees that neither Mindbodytravel Inc.
nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, shall be or become liable or responsible for any loss, injury or
damage to person, property, or otherwise, in connection with any accommodations, transportation,
or other services, resulting directly or indirectly from any acts of God, dangers incident to the sea,
fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities de jure or de
facto, wars whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage,
epidemics, quarantines, medical or custom regulations, defaults, delays or cancellations of, or
changes in, itinerary or schedules, or from any causes beyond the control of Mindbodytravel Inc. nor
any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional
expenses, or liability sustained or incurred, by the tour member as a result of the foregoing causes.

Frequently Asked Questions
When do we embark and disembark?
Embarkation hours are from 1:30 PM –3:30PM on October 29, 2006.
Debarkation starts at approximately 8:00AM on November 5, 2006.
What times should I book my arrival and departure flights?
You should arrive in Tampa no later than 2:00PM on October 29th.
The return flight should be no earlier than 12:30PM on November 5th.
What should I pack?
Casual attire and resort wear is the order of the day both on board and in port. Shorts, slacks,
sundresses, blouses, etc., are in line for women. Clothing for men is just as casual. You should
bring a pair of rubber-soled sandals or sneakers to wear on deck and a pair of good walking shoes, a
sweater or jacket for cool evenings and inexpensive rain gear in case of a sudden shower. Women
may want to bring along a hat or scarf. You’ll have a chance to dress up on two nights during 7 day
or longer cruises for the Captain’s Cocktail Party and the Gala Farewell Dinner.
Can I wash my clothes while on board?
Each ship has at least 2 self-service launderettes located on the stateroom decks.
Shore Excursions?
Carnival shore excursions can be booked at a later date.
